The Prayer Warriors Corner Ministries was founded on October 16, 2000 while I was at home recovering from a major operation. I found a lot of comfort praying for other people on-line and sending them words of encouragement. I was a frequent visitor on the Black Gospel Music Clef and always found myself responding to many of the posts with a love and a compassion that I did not realize was in me before. I did not think twice about actually responding to a prayer request with a prayer. Prayer requests continued to pour in, and soon The Prayer Warriors Corner was born in Delphi Forums and opened another Prayer Board at Yahoo Groups Forums, November 2002. We embrace men and women, boys and girls of all different races and religions.
We have been anointed by God to minister to the whole man. Prayer is the foundation of this ministry. Prayer changes things! The Prayer Warriors Corner soon became affectionately known as "The PWC". I received prayer requests from people from all over the world, and many of them became official prayer warriors. Two years later, The PWC Internet Ministries extended to The PWC Radio Ministries. God had enlarged our territory after many hard tests and ups and downs. Our first radio broadcast was aired on November 3, 2003 at WEGG 710 AM in Rose Hill, NC. The second PWC Radio broadcast was aired on WIDU 1600 AM in Fayetteville, NC in February 2003. We believe in carrying out the great commission to "Go ye therefore...and preach the gospel" God also commissioned us to "Go to the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in". God has opened many doors for us to do so. I was not ordained as an Evangelist at this time, with the help of the Holy Ghost, I was constantly doing a work for the Lord. I thank God for a praying pastor that was moved by God in April of 2003, to ordain and license me as an Evangelist . I never went to her for a personal conference, God spoke to her heart and let her know that it was time for her to step in and assist me in this work. This blessed woman of God has been my pastor for over ten years, Pastor Luel Campbell.
The PWC Ministries began publishing our first newsletter in February 2003, "The Voice of Prayer News". Our second newsletter and magazine, "Keepin It Real!" began publication in December 2003. It is in the process of being distributed in Europe, United States, and Africa. WPWC Radio launched its first radio broadcast from our very own on-line radio station on March 26, 2004. It is our very first step on new fertile ground to preach the gospel all over the world. It has been a long uphill journey, but thanks be to God that giveth us the victory through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
